There is no obligation on you to use your insurance company’s appointed repairers – especially when they are not local. You can choose to have your vehicle repaired by Harlow Autos – not only are our local premises convenient but you are welcome to visit at any time to assure yourself that your vehicle is being well taken care of.

ACCIDENT NOT YOUR FAULT – NEED SOMEONE TO TAKE AWAY THE HASSLE?

Had an accident that was not your fault (non fault accident)? Then our specially appointed accident management company can oversee the entire process on your behalf. Once we have prepared a quotation they will take over your case, liaise with insurers, obtain authorisation for the work to be done, handle all of the associated paperwork and arrange courtesy transport. You need do nothing.

Our fully equipped workshop, dedicated team of repair specialists and local service mean that we can be more flexible than larger companies in managing our workload. We’ll make every effort to accommodate you should you need your repair work undertaken urgently. Once a quotation has been given and the authority received, wherever possible, we seek to complete the work within five working days and for that time will be happy to provide you with a courtesy replacement car from our own fleet, if required.
